Prices are displayed in the currency of the customer’s country (euros, pounds sterling, dollars, dirhams, etc.), including all applicable taxes. Depending on the country, prices are set directly in the local currency or converted from the euro prices at the current exchange rate.

The amount charged is the amount displayed in the selected currency at the time the order is confirmed.

Shipping costs are specified before the order is confirmed.

BAYAN reserves the right to change its prices at any time, without retroactive effect on orders already confirmed.

4. Orders

Any order placed on the website is firm and final once payment has been confirmed.

A confirmation email is sent to the customer at the address provided when placing the order.

6. Shipping

Orders are shipped from the United Arab Emirates. Shipping is free.

Estimated delivery times:

• United Arab Emirates: 2 business days
• Other Gulf countries: 5 business days
• United States and Canada: express delivery in 3 to 4 business days
• Europe and United Kingdom: 10 to 14 business days

These times are given as an indication only and may vary due to logistical or customs constraints beyond our control.

Any customs duties, taxes and additional carrier fees are the customer’s responsibility.

7. Returns

The customer has 14 days from receipt of the order to request a return.

Any return request must first be made by email.

Return shipping costs are the customer’s responsibility.

Items must be returned:

• unworn,
• unwashed,
• in their original condition and packaging.

8. Refunds

No refunds are issued.

Returns are eligible only for an exchange or store credit, subject to product availability.

In the event of an exchange, reshipping costs remain the customer’s responsibility.

BAYAN cannot be held liable for any indirect damages resulting from the use of the website or the products sold.
